Yields: 12 muffins
Supplies & Ingredients
Muffin Pan
Muffin Wrappers or Non-Stick Baking Spray
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Nutella
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375 F
- Prepare Muffin Tin with wrappers or spray
- Stir together Flour, Salt and Baking Powder in a large bowl
- Add milk, eggs, sugar, peanut butter and vegetable oil
- Combine ingredients until moist (do not over beat)
- fill each muffin cup up half-way
- add a spoonful of nutella (between 1/2 to 1 tablespoon) to the center of each muffin
- fill muffin cups with remaining batter
- bake for 18 to 20 minutes
- let cool in pan for 5 minutes
